We are a premium Wedding Photography & Cinematography Brand specializing in high-end Bengali weddings, pre-wedding shoots, cinematic wedding films, wedding highlights, teasers, and social media content.

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and passionate Video Editor who can transform raw wedding footage into beautiful, emotional, cinematic stories.

Job Responsibilities

- Edit Cinematic Wedding Highlights, Teasers & Full Wedding Films
- Create engaging Wedding Reels & Short-Form Content
- Develop a complete story from raw footage through creative editing
- Select the right shots based on emotion, expressions, moments & storytelling
- Create proper story flow – Beginning → Build-up → Emotion → Climax → Ending
- Sync footage with music, dialogues, vows and emotional moments
- Create cinematic sequences using multiple camera angles
- Maintain proper pacing, rhythm and visual continuity
- Perform professional Color Correction & Cinematic Color Grading
- Match colors between different cameras and lighting conditions
- Create the right mood, tone and cinematic look for every scene
- Professional Audio Syncing, Sound Design & Audio Mixing
- Use ambient sound, dialogue, sound effects and music creatively
- Apply smooth and meaningful transitions
- Use Speed Ramping, Slow Motion & Time Remapping creatively
- Work with Masking, Keyframing & Motion Graphics
- Integrate titles, text animations and other visual elements when required
- Maintain qualified file organization and project workflow
- Export videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram & Facebook

Which shot should come first → how the story should build → where emotion should rise → where music should change → where to use silence/ambient sound → and how to create a memorable ending. The final video should not feel like a collection of clips.

It should feel like a complete cinematic story.

Software Skills

Must Have:

- Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced Level

Preferred / Added Advantage:

- DaVinci Resolve – Color Grading
- Adobe After Effects – Motion Graphics & Advanced Animation

Candidate Requirements

- Strong creative sense and visual storytelling ability
- Good understanding of contemporary cinematic wedding trends
- Excellent sense of music, rhythm, and emotions
- Fast learner and responsible team member
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Must be comfortable working Full-Time from the office

Job Type Full-Time | Office-Based

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Office Location: 7B, Bediadanga Masjid Bari Bye Ln, Picnic Garden, Tiljala, Kolkata, West Bengal, Kolkata=700039

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹65,000/month

Salary will depend on experience & skill level
