What You'll Do

- Optimize welding processes and productivity
- Support welding procedure development and qualification
- Conduct root cause analysis of welding issues
- Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams
- Ensure compliance with industry and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:




- Diploma , B.E., B.Tech in Welding, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of welding consumables and fabrication processes
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
