Job Summary

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and reliable Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, installation support, and maintaining the quality and safety standards of welding work.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform welding and fabrication work as per requirements.
- Read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
- Perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and other fabrication activities.
- Ensure proper alignment and finishing of fabricated structures.
- Inspect welding work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support the technical team in fabrication and installation-related activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements




- ITI / Vocational qualification in Welding or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant welding experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ARC/MIG welding will be an advantage.
- Ability to use welding and fabrication tools safely.
- Good understanding of measurements and basic technical instructions.
- Physically fit and willing to work at project/workshop locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
