Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and excellent communicator to join our team as a Wellness Coordinator Intern. The role involves coordinating wellness initiatives, communicating with employees and clients, and supporting the smooth execution of wellness programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate employee wellness programs, sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Communicate with employees, clients, and internal teams through calls, emails, and messages.
- Manage registrations, schedules, participation, and follow-ups.
- Address basic queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain records, trackers, feedback, and reports related to wellness activities.
- Coordinate with wellness partners and external vendors when required.




- Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of wellness initiatives.
- Perform other coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working in an in-person office environment.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
