About the Role

GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Sr. Associate – Digital Marketing to manage and execute digital marketing activities across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and lead generation, with a strong focus on achieving measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create engaging digital content in coordination with the creative and content teams.
- Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving organic visibility.
- Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI/ROAS.
- Generate regular Digital Marketing MIS and performance reports for management review.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition through various digital channels.
- Manage and improve the company's social media presence, engagement, and online brand visibility.




- Coordinate with internal teams for product promotions, campaigns, launches, and marketing activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of WordPress/CMS and basic website management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools will be preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Agriculture, or Agrochemical industry will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign optimization.
- Ability to independently plan and execute digital marketing initiatives.
