nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a highly experienced Core Technical L3 Engineer – Windows Server Administration with strong hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization and enterprise infrastructure troubleshooting.

nThis is a strictly L3-level technical position. The candidate will be responsible for handling complex infrastructure issues, advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis within a critical enterprise setting.

nImportant: L2 and L2+ profiles will NOT be considered.

nKey Responsibilities

- Provide L3-level administration and troubleshooting for Windows Server environments.
n
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory services.
n
- Diagnose and resolve complex server, OS, virtualization and infrastructure incidents.
n




- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical technical issues.
n
- Troubleshoot VM and host-level issues across enterprise virtualization platforms.
n
- Troubleshoot server hardware and infrastructure components.
n
- Provide basic support for backup and storage environments.
n
- Work with basic cloud infrastructure and Linux environments as required.
n
- Handle escalated and critical infrastructure incidents through resolution.
n
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and vendors on complex issues.
n
- Maintain technical documentation and follow operational procedures.
n

nMandatory Skills

- 11–20 years of IT Infrastructure / Windows Server experience.
n
- Strong hands-on Windows Server Administration.
n
- Strong Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
n
- Proven L3-level troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

- Hands-on Virtualization experience.

- Good understanding of Server Hardware.
n
- Basic knowledge of Backup and Storage.

- Basic exposure to Cloud technologies.

- Basic knowledge of Linux.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
