Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Must-Have:

VMware v Sphere 6.0 and above

Should have good understanding on ESXi Build, Patch, Updates and Upgrade Process Should have good understanding on v Center Build, Patch, Updates and Upgrade Process Should have understanding on Firmware Upgrade process Should have understanding on Server build and decommission process Should have understanding on v Motion, HA, DRS and FT. Should have knowledge on the VCF. Should have knowledge on the v ROP and v Loginsight. Windows Server 2012 or Later

Should have good understanding on installing physical server and doing all the configurations, pre-build and post build. Practical experience in administering and managing MS Windows platforms Should know firmware updates and management process. Should be aware of patching, antivirus, vulnerability, server hardening, and monitoring tools Azure Cloud, Azure HCI knowledge add advantage. Key Responsibilities:

VMware / Virtualization Administration

Install, configure, and manage VMware v Sphere components (ESXi, v Center Server) Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) based on business requirements Perform VM lifecycle management (creation, modification, migration, decommissioning) Manage clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS,



and v Motion Monitor VMware workplace performance, health, and capacity Troubleshoot issues related to ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, and networking Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to VMware components Plan and implement capacity management and performance tuning Support backup and recovery solutions (VM snapshots, VM-level backups) Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness Maintain VMware documentation and architecture diagrams Coordinate with storage, network, and backup teams for virtualization-related activities Windows Server Administration

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Perform user, group, and OU management Administer Windows security policies, hardening, and compliance requirements Patch and update Windows servers using WSUS or other patching tools Monitor system performance, disk usage, logs, and service health Troubleshoot OS-related issues, services failures, and startup problems Manage file servers, print services, and shared resources Configure and maintain RDP, firewall, and antivirus/endpoint protection Perform backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations for Windows servers. -
