Byteridge is a cloud‑native, remote‑first technology company with ~200 employees across India and the US. We are seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to manage endpoint security, identity and access operations, Microsoft 365 administration, and compliance support in a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 setting. This role is hands‑on, supporting cross‑timezone operations and collaborating with HR, Finance, Engineering, and Delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows 10/11 devices via Microsoft Intune (MDM, compliance, conditional access, BitLocker).
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user lifecycle, groups, MFA, and SSO provisioning.
- Operate Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and coordinate with managed security operations.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing).
- Maintain email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and DNS records.
- Support Azure infrastructure (VMs, storage, monitoring, Defender for Cloud).
- Execute onboarding/offboarding processes and integrate with HRIS systems.
- Track compliance, maintain asset registers, and manage GRC platform evidence for audits.
- Document SOPs, runbooks,



and ITSM tickets for audit readiness.

Required Skills:

- Hands‑on experience with Windows administration (3–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools (Defender or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
- PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and a security‑first mindset.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

- MD‑102, AZ‑900, SC‑900 certifications.
- Experience with Sophos MDR, Action1 RMM, or GRC platforms.
- Exposure to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audit documentation.
- DNS management (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
