Concept of Living Charitable Trust (COL) is a social-impact organization working towards creating safer, more respectful, and inclusive workplaces through awareness and capacity-building initiatives.

Our programs focus on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH Act, 2013 , helping employees, employers, and workplace stakeholders understand their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of building a safe workplace culture.

Through our training initiatives, we aim to take meaningful workplace-safety awareness to organizations and communities across India.

We are looking for passionate and confident Freelance POSH Act Trainers who can conduct engaging awareness and sensitization sessions for employees and workplace stakeholders.

The role involves delivering structured training programs on the POSH Act, 2013, prevention of sexual harassment, workplace dignity and organizational responsibilities .

Trainers may conduct sessions online or offline , depending on project requirements.

? Conduct POSH Awareness Programs

Deliver engaging and practical POSH awareness sessions for employees and workplace teams.

⚖️ Explain the POSH Act, 2013

Help participants understand key provisions, rights, responsibilities, workplace obligations, and prevention mechanisms.

? Workplace Sensitization

Promote awareness about respectful workplace behaviour, inappropriate conduct, reporting mechanisms, and prevention of sexual harassment.

? Stakeholder Awareness

Conduct sessions for employees, managers, HR professionals and other workplace stakeholders as required.

? Follow Training & Reporting Standards

Deliver sessions using prescribed training resources and complete required attendance, session, and reporting documentation.

Earn based on the number of training sessions conducted.

- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Experience: Background in training, education, people communication, client communication, teaching, counselling, or social work
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.

Preferred Background:

Experience or knowledge in POSH, HR, Legal, Training, Teaching, Education, Counselling, Psychology, Corporate Communication, Compliance, or Social Work .

Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and audience-engagement skills.
