We are looking for an experienced Wooden Pattern Maker with hands-on experience in manufacturing and finishing wooden patterns for foundry applications.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and manufacture wooden patterns using suitable wood and other pattern-making materials.
- Perform marking, cutting, shaping, turning, joining, fitting, and assembly of wooden components.
- Finishing work on core, loose pieces, and wooden components as required.
- Carry out pattern plate and match-plate assembly with accurate positioning and alignment.
- Perform final surface finishing , assembling , fitting of patterns.
- Identify and correct fitting, alignment, dimensional, and finishing issues.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Foundry, and Quality teams when required.
- Maintain proper condition of tools, machines, and work area.

- Match plate mounting ,wooden pattern mounting
- Good knowledge of woodworking tools and machines.
- Ability to accurately measure and finish patterns.
- Good attention to detail and workmanship.

Qualification Candidates with strong practical experience in carpanter & furniture making preferred.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in carpanter & furniture making preferred.

Key Skills

Wood cutting, jointing, wooden component finishing , assembly mounting, Match Plate Mounting, Core , Loose Pieces, Wood component Fitting, etc..

Pay: From ₹800.00 per day
