Role Overview /n /n We are looking for a Senior WordPress Developer to own the development, performance, and evolution of our marketing website and campaign infrastructure. The ideal candidate combines deep WordPress expertise with a solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and marketing automation integrations. /n /n Department: /n Digital Marketing / Technology /n /n Reports To: /n Head of Marketing / CMO /n /n Location: /n Chennai /n /n Experience: /n 7–10 Years /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n /n

- Own end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimisation of the company website built on WordPress

- Build and deploy high-converting campaign landing pages with fast load times and mobile-first design

/n

- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins tailored to marketing requirements

/n

- Implement tracking, tag management, and analytics solutions (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)

/n

- Integrate the website with CRM, marketing automation, and lead capture tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)

/n

- Ensure website security, uptime (99.9%+), and performance including Core Web Vitals compliance

- Collaborate with the UI/UX designer to implement designs with pixel-perfect accuracy

- Lead code reviews, technical documentation, and CI/CD pipeline management

/n

- Mentor junior WordPress developers and provide technical direction

- 7–10 years of WordPress development experience, with advanced custom theme and plugin development skills

/n

- Expert proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / jQuery

/n

- Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg block editor

/n

- Solid understanding of website performance optimisation, caching, and CDN configuration

/n

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party marketing/CRM platforms

/n

- Familiarity with MySQL database management and query optimisation

/n

- Version control proficiency (Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines

/n

- Solid understanding of SEO technical requirements (schema, sitemaps, canonical tags, crawlability)

/n

- Experience with hosting environments: WP Engine, Kinsta, AWS, or similar
