About the Role:- Career Masterz is hiring an enthusiastic, target-oriented Work Visa Counsellor for our Hisar office. In this role, you will guide working professionals and job seekers on overseas employment and work visa opportunities — primarily for Gulf and European countries — from the first enquiry through to application support.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior work visa experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training is provided to candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:-

- Counsel candidates on overseas work visa and employment opportunities
- Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, country requirements, documentation, and visa processes
- Handle enquiries via walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, and online channels
- Assess candidates' education, skills, work experience, and career goals to recommend suitable opportunities
- Convert genuine enquiries into confirmed applications and enrolments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and active candidates
- Coordinate with visa processing and recruitment teams for smooth file management
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications,



and candidate status
- Achieve individual and team counselling and conversion targets

Requirements:-

- Fresh graduates and career switchers with good communication and people skills are encouraged to apply
- 1–3 years of experience in work visa, immigration, recruitment, counselling, or sales is preferred
- Prior Gulf or European work visa counselling experience is an advantage
- Valuable spoken Hindi and basic written English
- Strong communication, counselling, and follow-up skills; confident and target-oriented
- Based in Hisar or nearby areas, able to commute easily
- Positive attitude and comfort working in a target-driven environment
