Required Skills

- 8 years of enterprise application / Workday experience with robust Workday Extend development expertise.
- Proven experience building & deploying custom native applications using Workday Extend.
- Hands-on experience with WQL & JSON.
- Strong understanding of Workday functional processes across multiple HR areas (excluding Benefits).
- Working knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Data Models, APIs & Application Lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, testing & documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks from initiation to closure.





Good to Have
- Workday Studio, Integrations, EIBs, Core Connectors & Web Services.
- Workday Extend / relevant Workday certifications.
- Experience working in large or complex Workday environments.
