We are seeking an experienced Workday Lead Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Workday integrations and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, and Workday reporting, along with expertise in integration security, tenant migration, and production deployment.

Job Details

Experience: 8 Yrs

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Shift: 1.30pm to 10.30pm

Mode: 5 days' work from office

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer.
- Integrate Workday with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for data transformation and integration development.
- Implement secure integrations using OAuth, PGP, SFTP, and integration security best practices.
- Manage Object Transporter and support tenant migration activities.
- Participate in release readiness, integration monitoring,



and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and post-production validation.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver reliable Workday solutions.

Mandate Candidate Profile
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on Workday project development experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and development lifecycle.

- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
