Workday Tester

Role: Workday Tester

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Workday applications.

- Validate Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.

- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.

- Conduct end-to-end testing of Workday integrations with third-party systems.

- Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues.

- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and production deployments.

- Participate in test planning, test execution, and test closure activities.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of overall testing experience with at least 3+ years in Workday Testing.

- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM testing.

- Robust knowledge of Functional Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.

- Experience testing Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.

- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.

- Familiarity with Workday EIB, Reports, and Integrations testing.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
