About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Workfront Consultant with strong expertise in client-facing implementation, integration, and SaaS-based enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable translating business requirements into scalable solutions, working with enterprise systems, and managing integrations with third-party applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement of Adobe Workfront solutions.
- Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, business processes, and integration needs.
- Design and implement integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, CRM/SFA, and other systems of record.
- Develop and manage integrations using Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, or other iPaaS platforms.
- Support data migration from legacy tools and client systems into Workfront.
- Develop and maintain integration components, scripts, and custom solutions using Java, Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Work with HTML, CSS, SQL, and relational databases as required for solution development and troubleshooting.
- Analyze integration and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure solutions are scalable,



secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment and proactively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in client-facing integration, implementation, software development, networking, operations, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, preferably including Workfront Fusion.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or equivalent iPaaS/integration platforms.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP, along with JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience with data migration from legacy applications or client systems.
- Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based setting.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems of record such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, CRM/SFA, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with third-party software integrations and APIs.
- Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requirements, and deliver effectively in a dynamic environment.
