Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily work to technicians and trainee technicians.

- Monitor vehicle repair and maintenance activities from job opening to completion.

- Ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered within the committed time.

- Monitor technician productivity and workshop efficiency.

- Check job progress and coordinate with Service Advisors and the Workshop Manager.

- Ensure proper diagnosis and quality of repair work.

- Monitor repeat repairs and customer complaints and take corrective action.

- Ensure proper use and availability of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.

- Conduct daily work allocation and follow-up with technicians.

- Monitor pending jobs, delayed jobs, and vehicle delivery status.

- Ensure adherence to manufacturer/service standards and workshop procedures.

- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, safety,



and 5S standards.

- Support Service Advisors in technical clarification and customer-related concerns.

- Coordinate with the Parts Department for timely availability of spare parts.

- Monitor technician attendance, performance, and productivity.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly workshop performance reports.

- Identify training requirements and skill gaps among technicians.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
