- Postgraduate degree in Liberal Arts or current enrollment in a postgraduate Liberal Arts program
- Solid experience in debate, public speaking, teaching, or mentoring
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Experience working with students aged 9–18 in an educational or mentoring context
- Experience coaching for debates, Olympiads, quizzes, Model United Nations, or other competitive academic programs
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience in online or offline settings
- Experience with structured academic competitions or a strong debate/quiz background with ability to learn new formats quickly
