Role Summary

nManage and support VMware Workspace ONE UEM for BP's enterprise mobility workplace, ensuring secure device management, application deployment, compliance, and end-user support.

nKey Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain VMware Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
n
- Manage device lifecycle for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices (Corporate & BYOD).
n
- Configure profiles, compliance policies, device restrictions, certificates, and SSO settings.
n
- Deploy and manage enterprise applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
n
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment issues.
n
- Integrate Workspace ONE with Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and PKI infrastructure.
n
- Support OS upgrades, patch management,



and security policy implementation.
n
- Create SOPs, KB articles, and operational documentation.
n
- Work closely with stakeholders, service delivery teams, and support groups.
n
- Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
