About The Role We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented bilingual writers proficient in Hindi to join our dynamic team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development of next-generation AI voice assistants by capturing authentic voice interactions and evaluating AI responses.

Your primary responsibilities will include performing voice-driven tasks using a specialized application on your Mac, transcribing spoken queries, and assessing the quality and relevance of AI-generated responses. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative AI projects, enhance your understanding of voice technology, and work flexibly from your location in India. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong language skills, and the ability to follow structured workflows to ensure high-quality data collection and evaluation.





Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, with a strong understanding of Indian cultural nuances and conversational language. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to comprehend and execute detailed instructions in English, ensuring accurate transcription and data entry.

Applicants must own a Mac computer equipped with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) and be running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer. Comfort with common productivity applications such as email, messaging platforms, document editors, spreadsheets, and web browsers is essential. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform structured quality reviews independently are critical for success in this role.

Prior experience with voice assistants, transcription, content evaluation, or data annotation is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Utilize voice interactions to compose messages, emails, and notes across various productivity applications.
- Guide the AI assistant to perform tasks such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, and summarizing documents through voice commands.
- Accurately transcribe spoken queries and prepare cleaned-up, structured transcripts for analysis.
- Evaluate and rate AI responses based on quality, accuracy, and relevance,



providing constructive feedback.
- Document task outcomes and relevant details meticulously in structured tracking sheets.
- Upload supporting voice recordings and related materials to shared drives for review and analysis.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, perform self-directed quality checks, and ensure consistency in data collection.
- Provide reliable and high-quality language and interaction data to support the development of natural, voice-driven AI systems.
