About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Writer fluent in Hindi to join our dynamic team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our AI development team to evaluate and improve voice-based interactions within our AI assistant platform. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize a specialized application on your Mac to perform daily voice-driven tasks, assess the AI's responses, and document your findings accurately in both Hindi and English.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, with a strong understanding of India-based cultural nuances and conversational language.



You should be comfortable understanding and following detailed instructions in English, and have access to a Mac computer equipped with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3). Candidates must be running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer to ensure compatibility with our specialized applications.

A solid familiarity with productivity tools such as email, messaging platforms, web browsers, and document editing software is essential. Attention to detail, accuracy in transcription, and the ability to perform structured quality reviews independently are critical for success in this role. Reliable access to your device and the necessary applications throughout the project duration is mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Utilize voice interactions to compose messages, emails, notes, and perform various tasks across productivity applications.
- Guide the AI assistant to generate images, format texts, apply formulas in spreadsheets, and summarize lengthy documents.
- Accurately transcribe spoken queries into text and prepare cleaned-up, structured transcripts for review.
- Evaluate and rate AI-generated responses based on quality, accuracy, and relevance to ensure the system's continual improvement.




- Record detailed task outcomes and relevant metadata in structured tracking sheets to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Upload voice recordings, transcripts, and related materials to shared drives following project protocols.
- Adhere strictly to project guidelines, perform self-assessment checks, and maintain high standards of quality throughout.
- Provide reliable data on language and interaction patterns to support the development of natural, voice-driven AI systems.
