You will be responsible for hosting property tours, neighborhood walkthroughs, and educational videos that turn viewers into potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities : · Create engaging and informative video content for real estate property listings to be featured on YouTube. · Help in developing compelling scripts that highlight the key features, benefits, and unique selling points of each property while maintaining a captivating storytelling approach. · Ensure high-quality visual presentation, including camera work, lighting, and video editing, to showcase properties in the best possible light. · Monitor video performance metrics, such as views, likes, shares, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of content strategies.



· Uphold the branding and image of the Real Estate Agency, maintaining a professional and consistent presence on YouTube. · Stay innovative by exploring current video formats, trends, and technologies to keep the channel fresh and engaging. Present, anchor, and host video content for our YouTube channel. Deliver engaging scripts with clarity and strong camera presence.

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video topics and formats. Conduct interviews and walk-throughs naturally on camera.

Qualifications: · Experience in Product Presentation on Camera. · Candidates preferred who have knowledge of Mass media and Communication. · Candidate should be comfortable in working from office. · Fresher also can apply who have good communication & Presentation skills.

Education: · Bachelor’s degree in Videography, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
