Role Description The Zoho Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across the Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and related applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring modules, creating custom workflows, automations, and integrations, as well as optimizing existing processes to support business operations.

The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring that Zoho implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Developer will also provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and prepare documentation and user training materials. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books), including customization, workflow automation, and API-based integrations.
- Strong skills in scripting or programming relevant to Zoho development (e.g., Deluge scripting, JavaScript, or similar technologies) and data management (SQL or basic database concepts).
- Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications and integrations, with attention to data security and reliability.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting solutions, and providing user training or support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in ERP, CRM, or business process automation projects is beneficial; familiarity with other cloud-based business platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving business and technical requirements.
