Recruitment & Talent Acquisition 80%

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Karnataka, AP, and Telangana.
- Drive bulk/volume hiring across multiple branches and business locations.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Partner with business/branch teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined TAT.
- Track recruitment metrics including open positions, closures, TAT, joining ratio, and offer-to-joining conversion.
- Leverage job portals, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, staffing partners, and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure quality hiring while managing high-volume recruitment requirements.

HR Generalist 20%

- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Handle employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Coordinate with business teams on HR-related matters.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.




- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and other generalist HR requirements.

Role & responsibilities

Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates from NBFC, BFSI, or Staffing/Recruitment industries will be preferred.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment is essential.
- Experience in handling recruitment across multiple locations or a zonal/cluster setup will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of talent markets across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned zone, as required.
