Role: Zonal Sales Manager(Higher Education)
Experience required: 12 to 16 years
Location:- Mumbai/Chennai
Must Have Skills:-
- 12 to 15yrs of overall work experience
- Deep passion for customer interaction and solving their challenges
- Fundamental knowledge of education sector in India, particularly higher education.
- Managed relationship with key customers in India and has a consultative approach towards sales
- Excellent written & verbal communication, executive presentations and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and growth
- Outstanding customer relationship management experience and negotiation skills
- Adaptable for extensive domestic travel in India, as needed.
Responsibilities:-
- Evangelizing TCS iON's learning products,
platforms & services
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all TCS iON products, platforms and services for higher education industry
- Build relationship and establish trust among key stakeholders of identified academic institutions by advocating what’s best for their students and colleges
- Create and Review Targeted GTM Universe – End to End Sales pipeline management from Suspect to Closure
- Consult decision makers of academic institutions - Understand needs and convince management effectively by articulating product value propositions
- Provide and review revenue projections provided by EEs in Zone - achieve and strive to exceed quarterly targets set by TCS management.
