Designation: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

Experience: 10-15 years in Retail Lending / LAS / Capital Markets / Wealth / Banking

Reporting To: National Sales Manager / Business Head – LAS

Job Summary: to drive the growth and profitability of the Loan Against Securities (LAS) business across the assigned zone by achieving business targets, developing acquisition channels, managing key relationships, expanding market coverage, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own and deliver zonal LAS disbursement, AUM/book size, revenue and profitability targets.

· Develop and execute the annual, quarterly and monthly sales plan for the zone.

· Lead and manage RSMs/Area Managers/Sales Managers and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

· Build and strengthen acquisition channels including DSAs, brokers, wealth managers, financial advisors, branches, fintech partners and other intermediaries.

· Identify new markets, customer segments and business opportunities for LAS growth.





· Acquire and deepen relationships with HNI/UHNI, affluent and business customers.

· Drive new client acquisition, repeat business, top-up opportunities, cross-sell and portfolio retention.

· Work closely with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal and Product teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.

· Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to the company's credit, KYC, compliance and risk policies.

· Monitor portfolio quality, utilization, overdue trends and early warning indicators.

· Track competitor pricing, product offerings, market trends and customer behaviour

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
