Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media.

- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.

- Create innovative and engaging visual content according to business requirements.

- Manage the complete design process from concept to final output.

- Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity.

- Review and improve designs created by junior graphic designers.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments for creative requirements.

- Understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual concepts.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

- Make revisions and incorporate feedback from management.

- Maintain and organize design files, templates, images, and other creative assets.





- Keep up to date with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, content writing & basic Video Editing or similar tools.

- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition.

- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.

- Good attention to detail.

- Ability to guide and coordinate with junior designers.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
