Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop frontend and backend applications using Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.

- Build and secure REST APIs and frontend integrations.

- Customize and manage Strapi CMS.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, caching, and databases.

- Implement application monitoring and troubleshooting using OpenTelemetry.

- Support applications running on Kubernetes and Docker.

- Follow secure coding practices and resolve security vulnerabilities.

- Contribute to testing, CI/CD, deployments, and production support.

Mandatory Skills





- 4+ years of relevant software development experience.

- Strong experience with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and Strapi.

- Solid JavaScript (ES6+) and working knowledge of TypeScript.

- Experience with REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD.

- Experience with databases and Redis/caching.

- Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.

- Experience troubleshooting production applications.

Preferred

- Experience with high-traffic/public-facing applications.

- Banking, payments, or regulated-domain experience.

- Knowledge of CDN, WAF, API Gateway, and performance testing.

- Familiarity with SEO and web accessibility.
