Role Description The Sr Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading end-to-end visual design projects across branding, digital, and print media. Day-to-day tasks include creating and refining brand identities, designing logos, marketing collateral, social media creatives, web graphics, and other visual assets aligned with client objectives and industry standards. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals,



presenting design concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Specialist will also mentor junior designers, maintain design consistency across campaigns, and contribute to creative strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse visual work.
- Demonstrated expertise in Logo Design and Branding, including developing cohesive brand identities.
- Advanced skills in Image Editing and related visual enhancement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, understand brand guidelines, and translate concepts into effective visual solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and color theory, with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Prior experience in an agency or design consultancy environment; experience working across multiple industries is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
