Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement solutions to migrate customers’ existing data to Accelerate.

- Work closely with Accelerate engineering teams to gain understanding of the internal schema

- Define and adopt engineering best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer success, sales and product) to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data integration.

- Set and execute the data vision strategy for internal data movement, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security.

- Optimize and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, providing timely resolutions.

- Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to the growth of the data engineering team.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years experience in building data platforms and data engineering solutions and Data Architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and building data migration platforms,



including planning, execution, and validation of data migrations.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing solutions.

- Knowledge of popular data migration tools, ETL technologies, and frameworks (Airflow, Apache Beam, KNIME etc)

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Big Query etc.)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace.

- Emotional intelligence and remarkable stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹19,837.99 - ₹112,848.41 per month
