Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sports In-Charge to lead and manage the school's sports and physical education activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education, preferably in an international or reputed school. The candidate will be responsible for developing students' athletic abilities, managing sports facilities, organizing competitions, and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle across the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive sports and physical education programs for students.

- Manage and coordinate all school sports activities, including indoor and outdoor games.

- Lead, guide, and supervise sports coaches and physical education teachers.

- Identify and nurture students' sporting talents and encourage participation in competitions.

- Organize inter-school, intra-school, district, state, and national-level sports events.

- Prepare annual sports calendars, training schedules, and activity plans.

- Ensure the proper maintenance, safety, and effective utilization of sports facilities and equipment.

- Monitor students' progress and maintain records of participation and performance.

- Promote teamwork,



discipline, sportsmanship, fitness, and a positive sporting culture.

- Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, parents, and external sports organizations.

- Ensure compliance with school safety policies and appropriate supervision during sports activities.

- Manage sports budgets, equipment procurement, and inventory.

- Support the school's participation in sports leagues, tournaments, and athletic events.

- Stay updated on current sports training methods, safety practices, and developments in physical education.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sports management, coaching, or physical education.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of multiple sports and athletic training.

- Experience managing sports programs in an international or reputed school is preferred.

- Robust leadership, communication, organizational, and team-management skills.

- Certifications in coaching, sports training, or first aid will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
