Role Overview The Sports Coach at CurioBoat will be responsible for creating an engaging, structured, and positive sports learning experience for children. The role involves conducting age-appropriate sports sessions, developing physical skills, encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship, and helping children build confidence, discipline, coordination, and a healthy relationship with physical activity. At CurioBoat, sports are not just about playing a gamethey are an chance for children to learn through movement, develop life skills, challenge themselves, and discover the joy of being active.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct structured and engaging sports coaching sessions for children across different age groups.

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, drills, games, and skill-building exercises.





- Build children's fundamental movement skills such as balance, coordination, agility, speed, strength, flexibility, and spatial awareness.

- Introduce children to sport-specific skills, rules, techniques, and game strategies as appropriate.

- Use fun, activity-based coaching methods to keep children engaged and motivated.

- Ensure that all sports equipment, play areas, and activity materials are prepared and safely maintained.

- Track student attendance and maintain basic session and participation records.

- Support documentation of sessions, events, and student achievements through photos and videos when required.
