Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with gym equipment and provide basic floor support.
- Monitor the gym floor and ensure proper safety and equipment usage.
- Ensure weights and equipment are properly arranged after use.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline and organization on the gym floor.
- Report damaged equipment, safety concerns or member issues to the Fitness Manager.
- Support trainers and management in daily gym operations.
- Maintain qualified grooming, uniform and courteous behavior.
- Follow assigned duty timings, roster and all company policies.
