As a Sports Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing CurioBoat's sports communities across 9 sports, ensuring that each community remains active, engaged, and continuously growing.You will work closely with children , coaches, academies, sports facilities, event organizers, influencers, and other stakeholders to create a robust sports network.The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable talking to players on the ground, managing WhatsApp/online communities, organizing sporting events, creating engagement campaigns, and analyzing community growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Building & Growth

- Build and grow active communities for all assigned sports.
- Develop strategies to increase community membership and participation..

2. Community Engagement

- Manage day-to-day engagement across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.




- Understand what motivates different types of sports communities and design relevant engagement strategies.

3. Sports Events & Experiences

- Plan and execute community-led sports events, tournaments, leagues, meetups, workshops, and open-play sessions.
- Coordinate with venues, coaches, referees, volunteers, vendors, and participants..

4. On-Ground Community Development This is not a purely desk-based community role.

You will regularly be required to go on-ground and:

- Visit sports facilities and academies.
- Attend tournaments and sporting events.
- Promote CurioBoat's community initiatives.

5. Content & Communication Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create sports-community content, including:

- Community announcements and Events promotions.
