Asta Achievers is looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid command of English, and the ability to train students of different proficiency levels in spoken English and personality development.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English classes.

•⁠ ⁠Improve students’ speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

•⁠ ⁠Build students’ confidence in everyday and professional communication.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare lesson plans, activities, and assessments.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.





•⁠ ⁠Create a positive and motivating classroom environment.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken and written English.

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer or English Language Trainer is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Strong presentation and classroom management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to motivate and engage students.

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree preferred (English or a related field is an advantage).
