Role Description The Sponsorship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying potential sponsors, developing sponsorship proposals, and leading negotiations to secure sponsorship revenue.

The Sponsorship

Manager will manage end-to-end sponsorship activation, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure sponsor deliverables are met at events and campaigns. Daily activities include maintaining a sponsorship pipeline, preparing sales presentations and reports, monitoring contract performance, and fostering strong relationships with sponsors.



The role also involves collaborating with event management teams to align sponsorship packages with event objectives and audience needs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sponsorship Sales and Sales skills, with experience in building and managing a revenue-generating pipeline.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to present proposals, negotiate terms, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Candidates should possess Sponsorship Activation skills, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation of sponsorship deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Event Management skills, with the ability to coordinate logistics, timelines, and sponsor integrations across events.
- Experience in partnership management, brand collaborations, or corporate marketing is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with comfort using CRM tools and basic business productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
