The Yoga Institute is looking for an experienced Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Lead to drive sponsorships, brand partnerships, and monetization opportunities for our English YouTube channel.

This is not an entry-level role . We are looking for someone with proven experience in sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing brand deals independently .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist potential brand partners and sponsors.
- Independently source, pitch, negotiate, and close sponsorship deals.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective brands.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities and brand integrations aligned with our audience.
- Use YouTube/channel data such as CPM, RPM, audience demographics, and retention to create data-driven pitches.
- Build relationships with brands across Wellness, D2C, FMCG, Health & Beauty categories.
- Track outreach, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Establish a consistent outreach and partnership-development process.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Sponsorships, Ad Sales,



Influencer Marketing, or Media Sales.
- Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing deals .
- Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
- Experience with Wellness, D2C, FMCG, Health & Beauty brands is an advantage.
- Comfortable working with digital media and performance data.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable commercial results.

Performance Expectations The role will have clear performance targets, including:
- Building a qualified brand pipeline.
- Generating meetings and active negotiations.
- Closing sponsorship deals.
- Working towards a 2-deals-per-month cadence .
