Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with class teachers to implement differentiated teaching and appropriate accommodations.
- Monitor and document student progress and learning outcomes.
- Work closely with parents, teachers, counsellors, and other professionals to support student development.
- Assist in implementing appropriate CBSE examination accommodations for eligible students.
- Maintain confidential records and documentation related to student support.
- Promote an inclusive, supportive,



and positive learning environment.
