. Store & Inventory Management

- Manage overall day-to-day operations of the dealership store.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, identification, and issue of spare parts and materials.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and avoid overstocking or stock-outs.
- Ensure proper binning, labelling, and systematic arrangement of spare parts.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

2. Spare Parts Management

- Ensure timely availability of spare parts for the Workshop, Service Department, and Retail Customers.
- Issue parts against authorized requisitions/job cards.
- Monitor parts consumption and identify unusual variances.
- Coordinate with the Parts Manager/Purchase team for replenishment.
- Follow up on pending, short-supplied, and damaged parts.

3. System & Documentation

- Ensure accurate entry of GRN, stock transfer, parts issue, returns, and adjustments in the dealership/DMS system.
- Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward movement of material.
- Ensure all transactions are completed within the defined timelines.
- Monitor stock reports and investigate discrepancies.

4. Team Management

- Supervise and guide Store Executives, Store Assistants, and other store staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor productivity.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to store procedures.
- Train team members on inventory handling, system processes, and safety practices.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Service, Spare Parts, Purchase, Sales, Accounts,



and Warranty teams.
- Ensure urgent workshop requirements are fulfilled on time.
- Support warranty/insurance-related parts documentation where required.
- Coordinate with OEM/dealer warehouse for parts availability and shortages.

6. Safety & 5S

- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S standards within the store.
- Ensure safe stacking and handling of heavy/automobile parts.
- Follow fire safety and workplace safety procedures.
- Ensure restricted/valuable parts are stored securely.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Automobile

Experience: 5–10 years in automobile dealership / commercial vehicle / spare parts stores

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
