Role Description The Spa Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest service. This role includes supervising spa staff, managing schedules, monitoring treatment rooms and reception areas, and ensuring adherence to service protocols and hygiene standards.

The Spa

Supervisor will support front-desk operations, coordinate bookings, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any service-related concerns. They will assist in training team members, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting promotional activities and service enhancements.



The role requires close collaboration with management to maintain brand standards and support the overall wellness experience.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with experience overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
- Proven customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and creating a welcoming spa environment.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members, including explicit verbal and written communication.
- Experience with receptionist duties, such as appointment booking, check-in/check-out procedures, and handling phone and digital inquiries.
- Ability to train and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and ongoing development in service standards and protocols.
- Knowledge of spa or hospitality operations, including basic familiarity with wellness services and products.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using booking or point-of-sale systems; basic computer literacy is required.
- Prior experience in spa, hotel, or wellness center supervision is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, wellness management, or a related field is an advantage.
