Salary & Advantages

- Salary: SGD 1,200 per month

- Working Hours: 12 to 14 hours per day
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
- Make soft, flaky parottas with consistent quality and taste.
- Prepare curries, gravies, chutneys, snacks, and tiffin items as per restaurant standards.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure timely food preparation during peak service hours.




- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must have strong experience in South Indian cooking and parotta preparation.
- Experience working in hotels or restaurants is preferred.
- Candidates must submit a menu list and cooking videos for skill evaluation.
- Passport-ready candidates preferred for immediate processing.
