Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, focused on sourcing commercial real estate opportunities. The role involves identifying and evaluating suitable office, retail, and industrial properties that match client requirements, including conducting site visits and preliminary due diligence.

The individual will maintain and expand a network of property owners, developers, and brokers, gathering up-to-date market intelligence on availability, pricing, and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and sharing property options with the consulting team, supporting negotiations with landlords and sellers,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely client communication. The role also requires maintaining organized records of properties, leads, and transactions using basic digital tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong real estate sourcing and market research abilities, including familiarity with commercial property types and local market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess relationship-building and negotiation skills to effectively interact with property owners, developers, brokers, and business clients.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills to clearly share property options, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, site visits, and documentation efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including use of spreadsheets, document tools, and mapping or listing platforms.
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, property consulting, or brokerage in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid means of local travel for regular site visits.
