To manage the overall spare parts operations, ensuring optimum stock availability, inventory control, timely procurement, sales growth, and efficient supply of parts to the Service and Bodyshop departments while maintaining profitability.

- Manage day-to-day spare parts department operations.
- Ensure availability of required spare parts for Service and Bodyshop requirements.
- Plan and monitor spare parts procurement based on demand and consumption.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid excess, shortage, and obsolete stock.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers/OEM for ordering and timely delivery of parts.
- Monitor parts receiving, inspection, storage, and issue processes.
- Ensure proper binning, identification, and systematic storage of spare parts.
- Monitor parts sales, stock turnover, and department profitability.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly spare parts reports.
- Monitor pending orders, back orders, and critical parts.
- Coordinate closely with Service Managers, Bodyshop Managers, Technicians,



and Customer Care teams.
- Ensure proper billing and documentation of spare parts transactions.
- Control stock discrepancies and conduct regular physical stock audits.
- Monitor warranty, insurance, and internal parts requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company and OEM processes and standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the spare parts team.
- Set team targets and monitor individual performance.
- Maintain valuable relationships with vendors and internal departments.
- Take corrective action to reduce inventory losses and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards within the parts warehouse.
- Handle customer requirements and support retail spare parts sales.
- Achieve monthly parts sales, gross profit, and inventory targets.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
