Responsibilities of a Sourcing Executive include but not limited to: -

Should be able to source Channel Partners via various mediums and keep a pre-sourced database of the same. Hold regular meetings with current active Channel Partners and ensure continuity of business. Carry out appropriate market survey analysis to help understand the market trends and assist Channel Partner activation.

Keeping follow-up track of channel partner commission/ Brokerage and ensuring invoices are raised on as per timeline and payment released.





Meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to definite status.

Meeting up with Admin and HR Heads and seek their permission to conduct events within their company premises.

Participating in property exhibitions and successfully converting them for booking.

Coordinating with external agencies for the erection and installation of hoardings, posters and banners.

Any other task assigned by the Sales Manager.
