Position: Lead Solution Architect – SAP HCM

Work Location: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Gurgaon

Work Type: Work From Office (WFO)

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

Solid foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations

Take complete ownership of the SAP HCM solution, driving solution design activities, architecture, and deliverables with supporting technical leads.

Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects and their technical leads to coordinate and align solution architecture/design for interactions with SAP HCM.

Provide technical leadership for the technical stream.

Identify, assess, and manage solution risks and technical issues.

Support the achievement of agreed project outputs, deliverables, and milestones.





Coordinate with functional leads and identify/support the functional analysis required to support solution design.

Support project planning, estimation, and technical effort assessment.

Act as a key member of the core leadership team for SAP HCM initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong experience in SAP HCM Architecture
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM Integrations
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership
- Experience coordinating across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to drive solution design from requirements through implementation
