Monolith Grid Energy is looking for a Solar EPC qualified/team to support the end-to-end execution of solar projects across residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and measurements.

Prepare solar system designs, layouts and technical requirements.

Coordinate procurement and material requirements.

Execute installation, electrical and civil works.

Handle testing, commissioning and project handover.

Ensure quality, safety and timely project execution.

Coordinate with the MGE team and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in solar PV installation/EPC execution.

Knowledge of electrical and civil works related to rooftop/ground-mounted solar.

Ability to independently manage site execution and mobilize a team.

Strong understanding of solar components, wiring, protection systems and commissioning.

Prior project portfolio/references preferred.

Engagement: Contract-based, project-wise

Location: West Delhi, with travel to project sites as required.
