Role Description The Solar Consultant is a full time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and presenting tailored solar solutions that align with customer requirements and site conditions.

The Solar

Consultant will conduct site visits, prepare proposals, explain technical and financial benefits, and support clients through the decision-making and installation process. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with technical and project teams, and ensuring a high level of customer service and follow-up.



The role also requires staying updated on solar industry trends, policies, and incentives to provide informed guidance to customers.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of the Solar Industry and Solar Power technologies, including basic system design, performance, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven Lead Generation skills, with the ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, and build a sustainable client pipeline.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in solar or renewable energy sales.
- Experience in consultative or technical sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail during site assessments and proposal development.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel locally for client meetings and site visits as needed.
