Role Overview

Soltrac Power is looking for a Solar Loan & Net Metering Officer to independently manage the complete solar financing/loan and net-metering process for residential and commercial solar projects. The candidate will coordinate with customers, banks/financial institutions, DISCOMs and internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation, approvals and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities

Solar Loan / Financing

- Manage the complete solar loan process from application to final disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.
- Collect, verify and submit customer loan documents.
- Follow up on loan applications, approvals, sanctions and disbursements.
- Coordinate with customers and resolve documentation or process-related issues.
- Maintain proper records and regular status updates of all loan cases.

Net Metering

- Handle the complete net-metering process for residential and commercial solar plants.
- Prepare and submit net-metering applications and required documents.
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials for application processing, inspections and approvals.
- Track applications until final approval and net-meter installation.




- Resolve documentation, inspection and procedural issues related to net metering.

Coordination & Documentation

- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Technical, Accounts and Liaison teams.
- Keep customers updated regarding loan and net-metering status.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Prepare regular MIS and pending-case reports.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned cases.

Required Skills & Experience

- Relevant experience in solar loan/financing and net metering is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of solar financing, banking/loan procedures and documentation.
- Practical knowledge of DISCOM and net-metering procedures.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in solar financing, banking/loan processing, net metering or DISCOM coordination will be preferred.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
