Role Description The Solar Affiliate (Commission based) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. The role involves identifying potential customers for solar solutions, explaining product offerings and benefits, and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process.

The Solar

Affiliate will conduct local market outreach, build relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate information on system design, pricing, and installation timelines. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients,



generating leads through field visits and referrals, following up on inquiries, and maintaining basic records of prospects and closed deals. The role is commission-based, with earnings linked to successful conversions and completed projects.

Qualifications

- Ability to understand and explain basic solar power concepts, including rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Sales and outreach capabilities, including lead generation, follow-up, and relationship building in local markets.
- Basic organizational skills for maintaining records of customer interactions, proposals, and closed deals.
- Comfort working in office in Lucknow, with regular field visits and in-person client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently under a commission-based structure.
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or renewable energy is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
