Location: Vikhroli /Thane/Mumbai

Insurance Insights: General Insurance Strong domain experience is big plus

Role & Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools such as JIRA.
- Perform basic database validations using SQL queries and have basic knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge about basic SQL queries in order to fetch and edit data from a database(ex: insert, update, delete, merge, create, joins, select, etc.)
- Knowledge of Policy lifecycle, and Claims Management.
- Understanding of Insurance Motor, Health and Corporate LOB.
- Knowledge and experience in at least one automation tool like Selenium or Playwright.
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript,



and TypeScript.
- Strong communication and coordination with BA/Dev teams
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and CR related other meetings.
- Perform BOT testing on web chat, Whatsapp chat and voice.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Apply test case design techniques to ensure effective test coverage.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing processes, and best practices.
